We’re looking for energetic and ambitious Field Sales Executives to join our team.
? Location: Bangalore
? Experience: 1 -3 years in Field Sales / B2B Sales
? Salary: Competitive + Performance Incentives
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Meet potential customers and understand their requirements
- Build solid and long-term customer relationships
- Conduct regular field visits and generate leads
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain regular updates on customer interactions and sales activities
What We’re Looking For
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Confident and comfortable with field visits
✅ Strong negotiation and convincing skills
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✅ Ability to build relationships with customers
✅ Prior B2B/field sales experience is preferred
?️ Languages
Must know: Kannada, English & Hindi
Optional: Tamil & Telugu
