Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Operations Executive to support our real estate field operations across Bengaluru.

The primary responsibility is to identify properties available for sale or rent, visit the properties, take clear photographs, collect basic property information, and share the complete details with our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit different locations across Bengaluru for field operations.
- Identify residential and commercial properties available for sale or rent.
- Coordinate with property owners and contacts.
- Visit properties and collect basic property information.
- Take clear and good-quality photographs of properties.
- Capture important areas such as rooms, exterior, entrance, parking, frontage, and amenities.
- Collect details such as location, property type, size, price/rent, and owner information.




- Share property photographs and details with the Zorba Estates team through WhatsApp or company channels.
- Coordinate with the internal team for property access and site visits.
- Maintain accurate property information.
- Complete assigned field activities within the required timelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10th Pass qualification.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
- Ability to take clear property photographs.
- Ability to communicate professionally with property owners.
- Willingness to work on-field.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
