We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Field Marketing Executive who is willing to travel frequently for market research and help develop our budding brand. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills and be capable of developing strong relationships with coffee farmers, producers and entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

- Basic knowledge of Coffee production, Coffee culture, trends and the industry. He or She should be a coffee enthusiast.
- Develop and maintain relationships with coffee producers, farmers, suppliers, entrepreneurs across Northeast Region.
- Basic knowledge on the coffee market scenario in Northeast India.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve target goals
- Conduct regular market visits, identify potential customers and come up with leads
- Promote the company's coffee brand
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide updates to the management.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Qualifications





- Any graduate but preferably from BBA/BCom/MBA background
- Prior experience in field visits and connections with suppliers, preferably in F&B; and Retail industry.
- Must possess solid communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh candidates with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also apply.
