ORAGANY PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Field Marketing Executive to join our growing Health & Wellness brand, Oragany.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in field marketing, sales, distributor management, and retail business development, preferably in FMCG, Food Products, Health & Wellness, or Nutraceuticals.

The candidate will be responsible for expanding our retail presence, developing new business opportunities, managing retailer relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Visit retail stores, supermarkets, health stores, and potential business outlets.
- Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and dealers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with retailers and business partners.
- Promote Oragany's products, including Makhana, Sattu, and Health & Wellness products.
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.




- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and product availability.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback.
- Explore new markets and expand the company's distribution network.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Marketing / Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Products, Nutraceuticals, or Health & Wellness preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of local retail markets and distribution channels.
- Ability to independently manage field operations.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Must be willing to travel within assigned territories.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant industry experience will also be considered.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
