- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, present menus, and share recommendations about food and drink selections.

- Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar via POS systems or tickets, and serve items in a timely manner.

- Table & Area Setup: Prepare dining spaces before service (setting tables, arranging seating, inspecting linens and condiments) and clear, clean, and reset tables afterward.

- Service Quality: Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, handle special requests or complaints with grace, and coordinate smoothly with kitchen and bar teams.

- Billing & Payments: Present bills, process customer payments, and handle cash or card transactions accurately.

- Health and Safety: Follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times.
