Position: Safety Officer Officer

Location: Wada Factory

Qualification Required

- B.Sc. or Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

- ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) from an SBTET-recognized board – Mandatory

- Qualification in ISO 45001 & ISO 14001

Work Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/factory environment

- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, statutory requirements, and EHS management

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and standards at the factory.

- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and EHS training programs for workmen and staff.

- Ensure compliance with work permits, risk assessments, and Method Statements (RAMS).

- Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and ensure corrective and preventive actions.

- Maintain and update safety records,



incident reports, and statutory registers.

- Conduct regular workplace inspections, audits, and emergency preparedness drills.

- Coordinate with the factory/site team to ensure safe execution of all activities.

- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and client EHS guidelines.

- Support the preparation and review of Risk Assessments, RAMS, and Emergency Response Plans.

- Maintain and monitor legal compliance requirements.

- Ensure effective implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
