Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager Technical Services to manage end-to-end technical facility operations and lead the technical team. The role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure functioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & safety systems, DG sets, and other critical building infrastructure. The candidate will also manage vendors, preventive maintenance, compliance, breakdowns, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day technical facility operations, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety systems, DG sets, and BMS.
- Lead, supervise, and allocate work to the technical and maintenance team to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, shift schedules, productivity, and adherence to SOPs.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of all critical building systems and utilities.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor AMC contracts, service schedules, equipment performance, and vendor deliverables.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely resolution of technical issues and breakdowns.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, reports, checklists, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and client policies.
- Handle emergency situations and breakdowns, ensuring quick response and effective resolution.
- Monitor energy consumption and support energy-saving and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with client representatives, internal teams,



and other facility functions for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular team meetings, toolbox talks, and technical training to improve team performance and safety awareness.
- Prepare and share MIS reports, maintenance reports, incident reports, and operational updates with management/client.

Required Skills

- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire & Safety, DG, and BMS systems.
- Good experience in team handling and technical manpower management.
- Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
- Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of facility maintenance, preventive maintenance, and AMC management.
- Understanding of safety, statutory compliance, and audit requirements.
- Good communication, reporting, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / Graduate in Engineering – Electrical / Mechanical preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technical facility management, building maintenance, or engineering operations.
- Experience in team handling and vendor management is mandatory.
- Experience in commercial buildings, corporate offices, banking facilities, or similar environments will be preferred.
