Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage engineering and maintenance teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.

- Oversee facility operations, maintenance activities, and service delivery across assigned sites.

- Manage operating and capital budgets, including cost control and financial planning.

- Design, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

- Develop and enforce asset-specific maintenance, safety procedures, and SOPs.

- Coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors, service partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Administer equipment and construction warranties, including defect liability management.

- Respond to emergencies and critical incidents to ensure safety and continuity of operations.

- Supervise contracted services such as housekeeping, landscaping, and security.

- Implement inventory control systems and manage procurement of spares and consumables.





- Develop technical specifications and support sourcing and administration of maintenance contracts.

- Ensure compliance with statutory codes, regulations, and organizational policies.

- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.

- Maintain operational reports and share insights with stakeholders at defined intervals.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; engineering background preferred.

- Relevant experience in facility or property management roles.

- Solid leadership and team management capabilities.

- In-depth knowledge of preventive, predictive, and protective maintenance practices.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution ability.

- Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple projects concurrently.
