- Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Usually 3–7 years of experience in facilities, building operations, maintenance, administration, or related work.
- Technical knowledge: HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire & safety, security, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance.
- Management skills: Vendor management, budgeting, team supervision, procurement, and reporting.
- Certifications (helpful): Facility Management, Fire & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or IFMA/FMP/CFM certifications.
- Soft skills: Communication, problem-solving, leadership, organization, and emergency-response skills.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
