- Diploma / Bachelors degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant fabric sourcing/purchase experience may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing fabric vendors and fabric mills supplying the company.
- Source fabrics based on quality, colour, GSM, composition, price and production requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery timelines.
- Ensure timely delivery and uninterrupted fabric supply.
- Monitor fabric quality and resolve supplier-related issues.
- Coordinate with Production, Design and Warehouse teams for fabric requirements.
- Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase orders and pricing details.
- Identify and develop current vendors/mills when required.
