- Monitor the status of purchase orders and supplier commitments.
- Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely manufacturing, inspection, and shipment of materials and equipment.
- Track procurement schedules and identify potential delays or risks.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, quality, logistics, and project teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Review supplier progress reports and manufacturing schedules.
- Expedite critical items to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Prepare expediting reports and provide regular updates to project management.
- Resolve issues related to material shortages, production delays, documentation, and transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement and delivery status.
- Participate in supplier meetings and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project specifications.
