- Verify the production plan and ensure that ongoing production activities are aligned with the scheduled plan
- Ensure that all machines are operating within the defined cycle times and correct any deviations immediately
- Ensure the dosing ingredients are running as per production order
- Ensure the machine and area around in ideal conditions
- Verify that the previous days production reports are completed accurately and reflect all downtimes transparently
- Ensure that 5S standards are consistently implemented and sustained on shopfloor
- Verify the production report and unplanned downtimes
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure safety at workplace
- Ensure that team is working with all safety precautions under HSE rules
- Ensure the CTO waste bookings are on time
- Ensure the cavities are running as per standard production
- Manpower planning
- Execute Projects for improvements
