Executive – Procurement

Education: Bachelor's in Business/Commerce/Supply Chain

Why This Role Exists

Every product we sell has to be priced right for the customer and still leave us enough margin. This role is what makes that possible: finding raw materials at the right price, quality and quantity, so we can quote competitively without losing money on the deal. Done well, it's a win-win - the customer gets a fair price at a remarkable quality and the business protects its margin.

What You'll Be Doing

- Identify suppliers who can provide the required raw materials at the right quality, quantity and price.
- Collect and compare quotations from multiple suppliers to find the best price-quality balance.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery timelines to protect margins.
- Raise purchase orders and track them through to delivery.




- Follow up with suppliers on pending orders, delays or shortages.
- Check that incoming materials meet quality requirements and flag any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers, quotations, prices and orders.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in procurement, purchase, sourcing or supply chain - freshers welcome.
- Fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi.
- Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets to compare prices and track orders.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organised - comfortable managing multiple suppliers and orders at once.
- Willing to travel to supplier locations if required.
