Sweet Karam Coffee is looking for a Last Mile Executive to manage daily last-mile operations, delivery coordination, and warehouse logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily last-mile delivery operations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for dispatch and delivery requirements.
- Track vehicles, deliveries, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with drivers and delivery partners.
- Follow up on vehicle placement and availability.
- Monitor delivery delays and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain daily delivery, vehicle, and logistics tracking reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatches.
- Follow up on pending deliveries, returns, and operational issues.
- Update order and shipment details in ERP and e-commerce tools.
- Prepare basic operational reports using Excel / Google Sheets.
Key Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Last Mile,
Logistics, Warehouse, or Delivery Operations.
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
- Exposure to ERP systems and e-commerce tools/platforms.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience in vehicle and delivery tracking.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce will be preferred.
