We are seeking qualified and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Professionals to join our team on a long-term third-party outsourcing engagement. The selected candidates will work closely with the Finance Function in an individual contributor capacity to manage day-to-day sales MIS, financial accounting, and direct tax compliance operations.
Positions & Educational Qualifications
- Finance & Accounting Executives (3 Positions):
- Qualification: CA Inter / M.Com
- Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, direct taxation, and MIS preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales MIS & Reporting: Prepare, update, and analyze daily sales MIS reports to support revenue tracking and executive decision-making.
- Financial Accounting: Maintain general ledger accounts, verify financial transactions, manage day-to-day accounting operations, and support month-end closing activities.
- Direct Tax Compliance:
Support direct tax-related processes including TDS/TCS computations, tax return preparation, filings, and documentation.
- ERP Management: Execute routine financial transactions and extract accounting data within SAP/ERP modules.
- Data Verification & Reconciliation: Ensure numerical accuracy across financial records, reconcile accounts, and assist during internal and external audits.
Required Skills & Key Requirements
- Core Accounting Background: Solid, foundational background in core accounting concepts, financial statements, and direct tax compliance is mandatory.
- Excel & MIS Proficiency: Good command of Advanced MS Excel and structured MIS reporting to manage day-to-day sales data efficiently.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination across internal stakeholders.
- ERP Experience: Basic to good working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
