Preferred candidate profile
1. Preventive and predictive maintenance.
2. Store Management
3. Spare Part Consumption Monitoring
4. Work on Sunday/Holiday to ensure availability of line in production hrs.
5. OPS/OPL preparation based on Part replacement for training.
- Experience in Mitsubishi Q series /IQR PLC logic understanding,
Logic program Editing, backup upload and trouble shooting. Knowledge of Electrical schematic diagrams.
- Experience in Fanuc CNC controller-based SPM machines.
- Experience in Pneumatic circuits understanding, parts
replacement, trouble Shooting.
- Hands on Experience in Hydraulic circuits understanding, parts
replacement, trouble Shooting.
- Knowledge in Preventive, corrective and breakdown
maintenance planning and execution.
