We are looking for an experienced Execution Incharge 220 kV Transmission Line to lead the end-to-end execution of 220 kV Transmission Line and LILO projects in Maharashtra.

The role will be responsible for project execution, planning, contract and commercial management, quality assurance, safety, stakeholder coordination and timely completion of fast-track transmission projects. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in 220 kV EHV transmission lines, LILO works, bay termination, substation interface and testing & commissioning.

Role & responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of 220 kV transmission line projects, covering survey, foundation, tower erection, stringing, OPGW/earth wire, line termination and commissioning.
- Manage 220 kV LILO projects, including integration with existing transmission lines, modification/extension works, shutdown coordination, line termination and commissioning.
- Coordinate 220 kV bay termination, metering and substation interface works.
- Ensure execution in compliance with MSETCL, PGCIL, CEA, IS standards, approved drawings and project specifications.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, look-ahead plans, resource plans, milestones and recovery plans to ensure timely project completion.
- Drive fast-track execution across multiple work fronts while managing critical shutdown and commissioning timelines.
- Monitor BOQ, quantities, measurements, billing, subcontractor quantities, variations, claims and project costs.
- Coordinate with MSETCL, government/statutory authorities, testing & commissioning teams and other project stakeholders.
- Manage ROW, landowner issues, statutory permissions, road/rail/river/utility crossings and shutdown/charging approvals.
- Lead and manage contractors, subcontractors,



engineers and site teams to ensure quality, safety, productivity and schedule adherence.
- Guide the ROW team in effective communication and coordination with farmers/landowners for smooth project execution.
- Identify execution constraints and implement recovery and corrective action plans to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, commercial and commissioning teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1012+ years of relevant experience in EHV/Transmission Line projects.
- Proven hands-on experience in 220 kV Transmission Lines and LILO projects.
- Strong experience in 220 kV bay termination, metering, testing and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of MSETCL requirements and PGCIL specifications/practices.
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling and execution management.
- Good knowledge of QS/quantity surveying, BOQ, measurements, billing, variations and commercial control.
- Proven experience in fast-track EPC/project execution and managing multiple work fronts.
- Ability to independently manage contractors, subcontractors, site teams and multiple project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of ROW, shutdown coordination, statutory permissions and transmission-line execution challenges.
- Good leadership, coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
