Position: Event Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for an Event Client Servicing Executive to assist in managing client communication and event projects. The candidate will work closely with clients, creative teams, production teams, operations teams, and vendors to understand requirements and coordinate deliverables. The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, brand activations, and on-ground event execution.

Responsibilities

- Understand client briefs, event objectives, deliverables, and expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and assist with day-to-day servicing.
- Coordinate briefs and updates between clients and internal creative and production teams.
- Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, proposals, and event documentation.
- Track approvals, feedback, deliverables, timelines, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and operational teams for event-related requirements.
- Assist with venue visits, event setup, rehearsals, and on-ground execution.
- Support the team in handling changes, queries, and client concerns.




- Maintain project trackers and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
- Assist in post-event communication and client feedback.
- Develop professional relationships with clients and contribute to repeat business.

Requirements

- 0-2 years of experience in client servicing, events, hospitality, or a related area.
- Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may apply.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven event environment.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
- Solid learning attitude and professional approach.

- Internship or practical exposure to events is preferred.
- Client-friendly and confident personality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Interest in live events and brand experiences.
