Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using IBM DataStage.
- Analyze source systems and create data mapping documents.
- Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Perform ETL testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders.
- Monitor production jobs and provide support for ETL-related issues.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards.
