Experience: 2–4 Years
Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Construction
Reporting to: Manager – Estimation & Costing
IMPORTANT: Candidates with relevant Interior Fit-Out / Construction Estimation & Costing experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates & BOQs for interior fit-out projects
- Quantity take-off from architectural/interior drawings
- Prepare rate analysis for materials, labour & specialised works
- Analyse vendor/subcontractor quotations
- Prepare comparative statements and cost comparisons
- Support tenders, RFPs & proposals with accurate costing
- Maintain rate databases and benchmark market rates
- Support value engineering and cost optimisation
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, BD & Project teams
- Prepare cost reports and track budget/estimate variances

Interior Fit-Out / Construction knowledge
AutoCAD – Drawing Reading
MS Excel
Vendor Quotation Analysis
Tender / RFP Costing
Good analytical & communication skills
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
