? What You Will Do
- ? Requirements Gathering: Assist in understanding client workflows and mapping them to ERP systems.
- ⚙️ System Configuration: Support ERPNext setup, master data maintenance, and seamless data migration.
- ? Testing & Quality: Help run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation checks.
- ? Team & Client Support: Coordinate with technical developers and assist in user training and Go-Live activities.
? What We Are Looking For
- ? Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field.
- ? Foundational Knowledge: Basic understanding of core business processes (Finance, Sales, Inventory, HR, etc.).
- ? Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn ERPNext and enterprise implementation lifecycles.
- ?️ Communication: Robust interpersonal and documentation skills.
- ? Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client implementations when required.
