Job Title:ERP Tes ng and Data Valida on Analyst Primary skills:Func onal Tes ng and User Acceptance Tes ng (UAT) Secondary skills:SQL and/or Microso Power BI Loca on: Hyderabad (Mindspace#12B) Educa onal Qualifica on: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc Experience: 8- 12 Years Job Descrip on: The ERP Tes ng & Data Valida on Analyst will support the implementa on of the new ERP system(IFS) by execu ng func onal tests, valida ng business processes, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of migrated data. This role is essen al to achieving a successful ERP deployment and works closely with business users, func onal consultants, and the project team.

Key Responsibili es

- Execute func onal test cases according to the defined test plans.
- Record, document, and track defects and issues iden fied during tes ng.
- Validate the accuracy and completeness of master and transac onal data migrated into the ERP.
- Compare data between legacy systems and the new ERP to ensure consistency and integrity.
- Support Key Users during User Acceptance Tes ng (UAT).




- Prepare and maintain test data required for different tes ng scenarios.
- Document test results and provide evidence of completed test ac vi es.
- Verify that implemented business processes meet func onal requirements.
- Collaborate with func onal and technical teams to resolve iden fied issues.
- Maintain tes ng documenta on, valida on reports, and issue logs. Qualifica ons • Bachelor’s degree in business administra on, Informa on Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administra ve support, business opera ons, data analysis, or business applica ons.
- Previous experience suppor ng ERP implementa on projects is an advantage (e.g., IFS, Microso Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong Microso Excel skills, including data analysis, PivotTables, lookup func ons, and data valida on.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, or Logis cs is desirable. Key Competencies • Strong a en on to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred

Qualifica ons • Experience with data migra on valida on.
- Experience in Func onal Tes ng and User Acceptance Tes ng (UAT).
- Familiarity with issue tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Microso Power BI.
