Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct age-appropriate English lessons based on individual learning abilities. Teach reading, writing, vocabulary, comprehension, and functional communication skills. Adapt teaching methods and learning materials according to students’ needs.

Use visual aids, activities, stories, games, and experiential learning techniques. Monitor and document students’ academic progress and learning goals. Work closely with special educators, therapists, psychologists, and parents.

Maintain classroom discipline while creating a safe, positive, and inclusive workplace. Participate in school activities, events, assessments, and parent meetings. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning resources as required.

Candidate Profile:



Graduate/Postgraduate in English or a related field. B.Ed./Special Education qualification will be an advantage. Prior experience working with special-needs students is preferred. Good communication and classroom-management skills. Patient, empathetic, creative, and willing to use individualized teaching approaches.
