Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, student-centric lessons aligned with the latest CBSE curriculum and pedagogical frameworks.
- Foster high levels of English communication, creative writing, and critical thinking skills across classrooms.
- Design effective lesson plans,
assessments, interactive activities, and evaluate academic performance consistently.
- Actively contribute to the residential/boarding school environment by mentoring students, guiding co-curricular activities, and participating in campus life events.
- Maintain proactive communication with parents and school management regarding student progression.
- Engage self in maintaining strong discipline among the students
Required Qualifications & Eligibility:
- Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters Degree in English (B.A. / M.A. English Literature) from a recognized university.
- Professional Qualification: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of proven teaching experience in a reputed CBSE or ICSE school (Experience in a residential or boarding school setup is a big advantage).
- Skills: Exceptional command over written and spoken English, excellent classroom management, and familiarity with modern digital teaching tools/smart boards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
