Role Overview: Opportunity for Diploma Engineers to build a career in Manufacturing Engineering through structured shop-floor training.

Key Responsibilities

Undergo 3 months of hands-on training in CNC Operations.

Gain exposure to CNC machining, tooling, measuring instruments and engineering drawings.

Subsequently transition to the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Team based on performance.

Support process planning, tooling, productivity improvement and process optimization.

Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for shop-floor technical activities.

Candidate Profile

Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering.

Freshers or candidates with 01 year experience.

Valuable knowledge in GD&T; application

Basic understanding of engineering drawings and machining processes.

Strong interest in CNC Manufacturing & Manufacturing Engineering.

Good learning attitude and willingness to work in a shop-floor environment.
