- Follow-up & supervise thequality assurance plans as per the clients specifications, code requirements.Also prepare the necessary procedures e.g. hydro test, pneumatic test, heattreatment, NDE procedures, surface preparation & painting procedures
- Responsible for inspection ofshop floor fabricated equipment to TPI/Clients as per approved QAP i.e. rawmaterial identification, dished ends inspection, set- ups, dimensionalinspection, NDT, heat treatment, testing of pressure parts, surface preparation & painting and getting release notes/dispatch clearances from them
- Preparation of non-conformancereports/ deviation concession request
- To coordinate & deal withthird party inspection agencies for visit at our works
- Pre inspection meeting withthe client Production schedule meetings.
- Well verse with the knowledgeof ASME Section VIII Division 1 & 2
