- Prepare and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6, including WBS, activity sequencing, logic links, and baseline lock.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and track planned vs. actual progress; flag critical path deviations and support recovery planning.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR / WPR / MPR).
- Prepare and verify subcontractor RA bills, BOQ measurements, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Maintain material reconciliation statements for steel, cement, and concrete.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports covering physical progress, financial progress, resource deployment, and

look-ahead plans.
- Coordinate with site execution, design, procurement, and subcontractor teams for schedule and billing inputs.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Active, hands-on use of MS Project or Primavera P6 on a live construction project - confirmed within actual job responsibilities, not just listed as a skill.
- Confirmed experience in residential high-rise building construction (G+10 floors and above).
- B.Tech / B.E. Civil or Diploma Civil - regular full-time only.




- Age between 25 and 40 years.
- Comfortable with a fully site-based role at Rajarhat, Kolkata, Monday to Saturday.

Preferred / Additional Requirements
- Baseline schedule prepared independently from scratch (WBS, logic links, resource loading) rather than only

monitoring an existing schedule.
- Experience with MIVAN / Aluform shuttering on a high-rise residential project.
- Farvision ERP exposure.
- Kolkata-based, or genuinely willing to relocate.
- Immediate joiner or notice period up to 30 days.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,593.47 per month
