Role Description This is a full-time, in office Engineer role based in Chennai. The Engineer will support implementation and maintenance of air leak and flow testing systems, working closely with customer manufacturing teams to integrate solutions into production lines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and commissioning test equipment, performing diagnostics and troubleshooting, analyzing test data, and preparing technical reports and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with internal R&D; and application teams,



providing technical guidance to customers, conducting product demonstrations and training, and ensuring systems meet quality, safety, and performance standards. The Engineer is expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support pre-sales and post-sales technical activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation engineering, with understanding of fluid dynamics, pneumatics, and industrial automation.
- Experience with test and measurement systems, including sensor integration, PLCs, controllers, and data acquisition tools.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and process documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Skills in data analysis, basic statistical methods, and report writing to evaluate test results and recommend improvements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with manufacturing teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in production or lab environments, with a structured, analytical approach.
- Comfort working on-site at customer locations, including production floors, and adhering to safety and quality procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Prior experience in automotive, EV, electronics, medical devices, HVAC, or industrial manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0
