Role Overview:

The member joining this position will work at an experienced (band/level) and be part of a team of R&D.; This team-focused role will involve collaboration and support within a dynamic work environment. Travel may be required to a few regions for discussions with stakeholder/vendors as well as to maintain solid customer relationships.

The member will work with various stakeholders, including teams from Digital Business Leaders,



Customer Support Division and Branch engineers, ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication to meet company and customer expectations.

Position with Organisation:

Location: Hyderabad

Purpose of the Role:

Our organization is a premier developer of high-accuracy mechanical temperature and pressure instrumentation, capillary systems, and tailored diaphragm units. We are looking for a thorough Design Engineer to become part of our Technology Center. In this position, the selected member will spearhead the development of fundamental pressure-sensing components such as diaphragms, Bourdon tubes, remote seals, and precision gear assembliesleveraging specialized materials like Tantalum, Inconel, and Stainless Steel.

Technical Skills:

- Engineer and evaluate Bourdon sensing elements, specialty diaphragms (utilizing Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Tantalum alloys), alongside precision gear train mechanisms for temperature and pressure measurement units.
- Execute engineering computations and comprehensive Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations to guarantee mechanical stability across varying thermal and pressure conditions.




- Apply advanced methodologies including Topology Optimization and Generative Design practices to shorten execution timelines.
- Develop corrosion-resistant assemblies and protective barrier linings suitable for specialized process environments.
- Partner alongside plant engineering teams to verify manufacturability across joining, fluid filling, and final assembly stages.
- Generate precise 3D CAD models and production-ready technical drawings.

Qualification and Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent stream.
- Min. experience: 0-4 years. Recent engineering graduates possessing solid academic project experience in mechanical design or FEA are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in CAD platforms such as SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Creo, or CATIA. Advanced hands-on competence in Ansys (Workbench) for structural and thermal simulation.
- Solid grounding in FEA fundamentals, material characteristics (Inconel, Stainless Steel, Tantalum), and core manufacturing limitations including machining and weldability.
- Exposure to modern design technologies like Topology Optimization and Generative Design will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical capabilities, high precision, and eager aptitude to adapt to regulatory norms such as ASME and PED.
