Monitor and maintain network security controls, ensuring continuous protection of systems and data.
Collaborate with business teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into effective network solutions.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, and global teams to ensure seamless project delivery and issue resolution.
Plan, execute, and document infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with technical standards and organizational objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex, escalated network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and service continuity.
