- Robust hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development.
- Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and deliver end-to-end features.
- Candidates should have practical experience using AI tools such as Cursor, not merely awareness of generative AI.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java/Spring and React.
- Develop and integrate secure, scalable REST APIs and backend services.
- Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.
- Design and optimize database queries and data access using PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
- Write complex, optimized SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, and analysis.
- Perform API development, integration, validation, and testing using Postman.
- Troubleshoot application, API, and database issues across the technology stack.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions with Product Managers, Architects, and other engineering team members.
- Leverage Cursor and Agentic AI capabilities for code generation, refactoring, debugging, test creation, documentation, and other SDLC activities.
- Validate and review AI-generated code to ensure it meets security, performance, scalability, and coding standards.
- Contribute to an AI-enabled development workflow, continuously identifying opportunities to improve engineering productivity through AI.
- Collaborate effectively with geographically distributed team members and participate in client-facing technical discussions when required.
