Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize B2B email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email campaigns, lead generation, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute targeted B2B email campaigns.
- Create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs.
- Build, manage, and segment email databases.
- Use email marketing and automation tools.
- Monitor open rates, CTR, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns.




- Maintain email deliverability and database quality.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to generate qualified leads.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing.
- Experience with B2B/lead-generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of email automation and marketing tools.
- Solid written communication and analytical skills.
- Understanding of email metrics, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Creative, target-oriented, and detail-focused approach.
