Role & responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on motors, pumps, compressors, HVAC, and control panels.
- Troubleshoot electrical, PLC/VFD, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults to minimize downtime.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery and panels per drawings and specs.
- Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
- Modify and troubleshoot PLC/HMI programs and drive settings.
- Enforce LOTO, permit-to-work, and electrical safety standards.
- Coordinate with production, vendors, and contractors; manage spares.
- Maintain equipment logs and prepare maintenance and downtime reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering




- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, commissioning, or project work in an industrial, manufacturing, or MEP setting
- Solid knowledge of motors, drives, power distribution, and control circuits
- Working knowledge of pumps, compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- PLC/HMI and VFD programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Delta, or similar)
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings; proficiency in AutoCAD
- Familiarity with safety practices (LOTO, permit-to-work) and IS/IEC standards
- Solid problem-solving skills and clear communication
