About the Role

Xtrawrkx is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for the position of Electrical System Integration Engineer . The role will focus on developing and maintaining electrical architecture and power distribution for EV 2W and 3W vehicles , along with system integration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.

Function: R&D; – 2W & 3W Electric Vehicles

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain electrical architecture and power distribution for EV 2W and 3W vehicles.
- Define electrical requirements, interfaces, and specifications for vehicle systems.
- Work on LV electrical systems, wiring harnesses, connectors, fuses, relays, switches, sensors, actuators, and ECUs.
- Support the integration of BMS, VCU, Motor Controller, DC-DC Converter, Charger, Instrument Cluster, Telematics, lighting , and other electrical systems.
- Review wiring diagrams, schematics, circuit protection, grounding, and connector selection.
- Perform electrical system integration, vehicle bring-up, commissioning, and debugging.
- Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters, oscilloscopes, current/voltage measurement tools, and CAN tools .
- Support EMI/EMC testing, electrical safety, environmental, and reliability validation .
- Prepare and execute electrical system test plans and validation procedures.




- Perform root-cause analysis and work with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Support prototype builds, vehicle testing, design reviews, and production implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering , or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in electrical/electronic systems, automotive, or EV systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of EV 2W & 3W electrical architecture and power distribution .
- Strong understanding of LV electrical systems, wiring harnesses, connectors, fuses, relays, switches, sensors, actuators, and ECUs.
- Familiarity with BMS, VCU, Motor Controller, DC-DC Converter, Charger, Instrument Cluster, Telematics, lighting , and other vehicle electrical systems.
- Good understanding of wiring diagrams, schematics, circuit protection, grounding, and connector selection.
- Hands-on experience with multimeter, oscilloscope, current/voltage measurement, and CAN tools .
- Understanding of EMI/EMC testing, electrical safety, environmental testing, and reliability validation .
- Robust troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Interest in vehicle electrical system integration, testing, validation, and debugging.
