Position Title: Electrical Engineer

Overview:

The Electrical Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects from conception to completion. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Review electrical designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
- Source and procure electrical materials and equipment required for project implementation.
- Supervise electrical construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate the performance of electrical systems and installations.
- Monitor project expenditures and track budget allocations to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines, costs, or quality.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates,



address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to achieve project goals effectively.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings, for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.

Proven experience working as an Electrical Engineer or Project Engineer in the construction or engineering industry.

Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools (MS Project).

Robust knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
