Reasons for recruiting?With the recent attrition in the team and to meet the current & upcoming project requirement, need engineers for this application.

General scope of the job, responsibilities, and authority To engineer and do Software Development, FAT, Start-up, Commissioning, handover & Service of assigned projects in time. Apart from this, engineer to provide technical service/ support to customers.

- *Design & Development of different types of ABB IO panel, ABB VFD Panel by using Eplan.
- *Preparation of BOM, list of documents, list of hardware & software.
- *Preparation of Product data sheet.
- *Design calculation like electrical load calculation, UPS heat calculation.
- *Selection of VFD drives & IO module.
- *Interaction with the customer at the time of kick-off meeting.
- *Internal Panel Testing (IO panel/VFD Panel) has to be done.
- *FAT with the end customer.

Applicant

Educational Background

- Minimum B. Tech/ B.E/ Diploma from a reputed University with First Class in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering

Key skills and competences

Technical





- Knowledge of DCS/ PLC HW/SW Components.
- Knowledge of Motors/ Drives/Digital Electronics
- Knowledge of IT/ Network/ Peripherals like UPS, Printer, PCs, Server components of DCS system
- Knowledge in application programming & HMI development/ modifications for PLC/ DCS systems
- Knowledge on different communication protocols used in automation.
- Knowledge of below systems is added advantage -
- ABB automation systems like 800xA, Freelance, compact products.
- Experience of engineering/ commissioning/ trouble shooting/ servicing automation & drive systems preferably in hot metal rolling or profile mill applications
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Word.

Soft skills

- A quick grasp for user and functional requirements
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.

Other Willing to travel if required

Work experience

- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in relevant field.
