Job Title: Economics Teacher

Shiv Jyoti Convent School is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated Economics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make Economics engaging and easy to understand for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Economics lessons for students.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities.
- Explain economic concepts, theories, and real-world applications effectively.
- Assess student learning through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Prepare students for board examinations and academic assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities.




- Stay updated with the relevant curriculum and teaching methodologies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics (M.A. Economics preferred).
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in a school or coaching institution is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Economics concepts and curriculum.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve academic success.
