About the Role

We are looking for a motivated fresher who wants to build a long-term career in the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) industry and is interested in learning how B2B integration products work.

You will work closely with our product and technical teams and get hands-on exposure to EDI transactions, partner onboarding, file transfers, AS2, SFTP, APIs, and X12 documents.

This is a learning-oriented role where you will gradually develop the technical and functional knowledge required to work with our EDI/B2B integration product.

What You'll Learn & Work On

- Understand the fundamentals of EDI and B2B integrations
- Learn common X12 EDI transactions such as 820, 835, 850, 855, 856, 810, 997, etc.
- Work with AS2 and SFTP-based file transfers
- Understand EDI envelopes such as ISA, GS and ST
- Assist with EDI partner onboarding and connectivity testing
- Perform functional and integration testing of EDI workflows
- Monitor file transmission and transaction processing
- Investigate basic EDI/file transfer issues
- Work with APIs and understand how they integrate with EDI workflows
- Maintain test cases, documentation and issue tracking
- Collaborate with developers, QA and product teams
- Gradually take ownership of specific areas of the EDI product

- Is a fresher or has up to 1 year of experience

- Is willing to learn new technologies and business processes
- Has good logical and analytical thinking
- Is comfortable working with technical teams
- Has valuable communication and documentation skills
- Is curious about how systems communicate and exchange data
- Is willing to learn through hands-on project work
- Is looking for a long-term career in the EDI/B2B integration domain

Good to Have Knowledge of any of the following will be an advantage, but is not mandatory:

- API / REST API
- JSON / XML
- SQL
- Postman
- Basic networking concepts
- Software testing
- JavaScript or any programming language
- Git
