ARROWNIX, dealing in IT peripherals, computer components, and electronics accessories, is looking for a hands-on e-commerce manager to manage our Amazon account and our Shopify website for our brand, CIRCLE.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Amazon operations order/PO processing, catalog and listing content, pricing, chargebacks, and inventory tracking

- Own and maintain the CIRCLE Shopify website product listings, pricing updates, banners, collections, and coordinating fixes/changes with dev or design

- Run or coordinate advertising campaigns on Amazon and the website (Sponsored Ads, promotions)

- Track sales performance and inventory across both channels, and flag stock-out or overstock risks early

- Pull and analyze sales/traffic data to guide pricing,



promotions, and catalog decisions

- Liaise with Amazon category/vendor teams and internal stakeholders as needed

Requirements:

- 2+ years in e-commerce operations, ideally handling Amazon accounts

- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is a solid plus, not mandatory

- Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store

- Strong with Excel/Sheets for sales, margin, and inventory analysis

- Detail-oriented and able to work independently

- Background in electronics/IT peripherals/consumer tech e-commerce preferred
