Deve Herbes is looking for an E-Commerce Manager / Executive to manage and support our day-to-day e-commerce operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms.

The role will involve product listings, catalogue management, inventory, FBA operations, logistics, marketplace campaigns, customer queries, and performance tracking.

As you grow in the role, additional responsibilities such as content creation, catalogue enhancement, brand content management, and marketplace management may be assigned based on your capabilities and potential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
2. Handle order processing, logistics coordination, FBA operations, and marketplace-related fulfilment activities.
3. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock information across different platforms.
4. Maintain listing quality by checking titles, descriptions, images, variations, pricing, and other product information.
5. Maintain and improve brand content across marketplaces.
6. Inventory Sync: Regularly monitor stock levels, update inventory across platforms, and flag low-stock or out-of-stock products.
7. A+ Content & Catalogue Quality: Ensure product pages and A+ Content are accurate, informative, and visually appealing. Identify and report marketplace issues such as shuffled images, incorrect product information, or catalogue errors.

Performance Monitoring: Track sales, conversion rates, listing performance, customer feedback, and other key marketplace metrics. Suggest and implement improvements where required.
9. Customer Support: Respond to marketplace messages and emails related to orders, returns, deliveries, and product-related queries.
10. Marketplace Promotions: Assist in planning and running discounts, coupons, Lightning Deals, promotional campaigns, and other marketplace activities.
11. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of listings, inventory, content, promotions, and fulfilment.
12. Work towards assigned sales and performance targets.

Desired Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who have:
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent computer and internet skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with sales targets
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations
- Experience with Amazon and/or Flipkart will be preferred
