Job Summary We are looking for an experienced & responsible candidate to oversee the complete Operations of our E-Commerce & Digital Marketing from our DGPL Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Shopify e-commerce website.
- Run and manage Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads.
- Generate, call and follow up on customer.
- Manage SEO, Reels, Stories and social media content.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and special requests.
- Must have the knowledge of handling deliveries through Shiprocket .
Required Qualification & Experience
- 12th/ Graduate.
- Knowledge of working on Computers & working on MS Excel & preparing Reports.
