1. Examine and assess patients presenting to the hospital and provide appropriate medical care.
2. Diagnose and manage common medical conditions based on clinical assessment and available investigations.
3. Attend to emergency and acute medical cases and provide timely initial treatment.
4. Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition and identify any changes requiring medical attention.
5. Prescribe medicines, investigations, and treatments as clinically appropriate.
6. Assist consultants and senior doctors in patient management, procedures, and clinical rounds.
7. Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments for smooth patient care.
8. Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, prescriptions, and clinical documentation.
9. Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment, medications, investigations, and follow-up care.
