Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DSP Syniti Lead to support our data migration and integration projects utilizing the DSP Syniti platform. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data stewardship, data governance, and a solid understanding of

SAP data structures. This role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead data migration and integration projects using DSP Syniti, ensuring adherence to best practices in data governance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and develop effective data migration strategies.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring data integrity and quality throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Conduct data profiling, validation, and quality checks to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
- Utilize knowledge of SAP data structures, particularly in modules such as MM,

SD, FICO, and HR, to facilitate effective data migration.
- Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Communicate effectively with business users,



functional teams, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience with DSP Syniti (Data Stewardship Platform) in data migration and governance projects.
- Strong understanding of ETL methodologies.
- Familiarity with Structural (HR) Authorization.
- Experience in performing data quality checks, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of ER Modeling and data transformation techniques.
- Foundational knowledge of SAP BODS for data migration and ETL processes.
- Strong interpersonal and Effective Communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with SAP Basiis S/4HANA Upgrade and Migration processes.
- Ability to work with large datasets while ensuring data integrity during migration.
- Willingness to take initiative and support team members as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
