Role Description

We are looking for Drone Technicians to join our team in Maharashtra & Chhattisgarh , with Aurangabad and Raipur as preferred locations .

This is a full-time, on-site role involving hands-on work in drone assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and field support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble and configure agricultural and other UAV systems.
- Install, connect, and test electronic and mechanical components.
- Perform basic soldering, wiring, connector assembly, and repairs.
- Conduct drone testing, calibration, and pre-flight checks.
- Assist with test flights and basic drone operations.
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out corrective maintenance.
- Perform regular servicing and preventive maintenance of drones.




- Support field deployments, customer demonstrations, and service activities.
- Maintain records of repairs, testing, and technical work.
- Work closely with engineers and the technical team to improve drone performance.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in electronics, drones, electrical, mechanical, or related technical work.
- Diploma/ITI/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electronics, wiring, connectors, batteries, motors, and electrical systems.
- Interest or hands-on experience in drone assembly, repair, or maintenance is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of drone components and UAV systems.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Basic soldering skills are preferred.
- Drone piloting experience is an added advantage.
- Valuable attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for field deployments, demonstrations, and service activities when required.
