Education - Certified Civil Draughtsman course from an institute.
Experience - 5 to 8 yrs.
Work location : Mumbai Powai
Working Mode : 5 working days in office
Computer Skills- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, PowerPoint presentations (optional - BIM, Revit, Photoshop) and other basic MS Office applications.
Other Requirements-
- Preparing detailed architectural working drawings, municipal dwgs. RERA dwgs. and interior drawings for both residential & commercial buildings.
- Coordinating on emails with the concerned departments and consultants, proper documentation of soft & hard copies.
- Should have worked on Data center, high rise Residential & Commercial projects.
- Should know Basic Municipal norms.
- Visit construction sites to take measurements and dimensions as needed.
- Well versed & updated with Drafting & presentation technical details.
- Basic coordination with Structural, MEP & other consultants
- Candidate from architectural consulting firm are preferred.
