Position: Dresser Ostomy & Advanced Wound Care

Role Summary

We are seeking a clinically skilled and patient-focused Dresser to support Ostomy and Advanced Wound Care therapies. The role involves patient care, product application, clinical support, healthcare qualified training, and driving product adoption across hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform ostomy pouch application, pouch changes, and stoma care.
- Assist in wound assessment and dressing application using advanced wound care products.
- Educate patients and caregivers on ostomy management and wound care practices.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
- Support product evaluations, clinical activities, and account conversions.
- Monitor patient outcomes and provide clinical feedback to internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and hospital protocols.




- Coordinate with Sales and Clinical teams to support business objectives.

Candidate Profile
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / Paramedical qualification.
- Experience in Ostomy Care, Stoma Care, Wound Care, Surgical Ward, Oncology, ICU, OT, or Clinical Nursing.
- Strong patient counselling and communication skills.
- Comfortable with hospital visits and field-based clinical support activities.

Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Colostomy, Ileostomy, Urostomy, or Stoma Care.
- Experience with wound dressing and infection prevention practices.
- Experience in training healthcare professionals is an added advantage.
