Role & responsibilities

Description:

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Architect, designing, developing, and maintaining applications using .NET and React.js
- Design and develop responsive UI components using React.js
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework
- Solid working experience with Microsoft Azure, including services such as:
- Azure App Services / Functions
- Azure SQL / Cosmos DB
- Storage Accounts, Service Bus, Key Vault
- Experience building RESTful APIs and working with Microservices architectures
- AI integration Experience in recent project with full SDLC knowledge.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients

SQL Server depth Candidates should be strong with fundamental SQL concepts and realworld problem solving. Strong SQL skills are a core requirement for this role.

- Handson development involvement Candidates must actively contributing as daytoday developers and able to answer implementationlevel or system design questions.

- Robust communication and articulation This is a senior / teamlead role. Candidates must be able to clearly explain design decisions, tradeoffs, and implementation approaches.





- Real AI usage in daily development work Demonstrate handson, daytoday use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, AIassisted coding, promptdriven development, AIsupported debugging/refactoring, etc.).

For this role, AI readiness is not theoretical we are specifically looking for engineers who actively use AI as part of their regular development workflow.

Strong, handson .NET experience

- Deep SQL Server expertise (queries, joins, performance tuning, realworld scenarios)
- Practical Azure experience (handson usage, not just theoretical knowledge)

- Ability to discuss system design and architecture decisions in detail
- React JS and/or similar front-end development
- Clear communication skills suitable for a senior / lead role

- Actively contributing as an individual developer, not primarily in coordination or oversight roles
- Proven, daytoday use of AI in development work, such as:

- AIassisted coding (e.g., Copilot or equivalent)
- Using AI for code reviews, refactoring, debugging, or design exploration
- Demonstrating how AI improves developer productivity and code quality in real projects

Highlevel AI awareness alone is not sufficient.
