:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles within the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate's technical skills, experience, and suitability.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and qualified communication at all stages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good understanding of IT skills and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
