Key Responsibilities

- Handle DME patient intake and referral processes.
- Verify patient and insurance information.
- Review referrals and required documentation.
- Enter and update patient information accurately in Brightree.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance teams.
- Follow up on missing documents and intake requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and meet daily productivity targets.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in DME Intake.
- Hands-on experience with Brightree is required.
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare/DME processes.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work on night shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
