Preferred candidate profile
1. Manage press Maintenance shift.
2. Preventive and predictive maintenance.
3. MTTR & MTBF data monitoring.
4. Store Management
5. SAP PM work order closure.
6. Spare Part Management based on reorder level.
7. Work on Sunday/Holiday to ensure availability of line in production hrs.
8. OPS/OPL preparation based on Part replacement for training.
- Experience in Mitsubishi Q series /IQR PLC logic understanding,
Logic program Editing, backup upload and trouble shooting. Knowledge of Electrical schematic diagrams.
- Management of required spares procurement, Planned
Replacement planning and execution as per manufactures Criteria.
- Experience in Fanuc CNC controller-based SPM machines.
- Experience in Pneumatic circuits understanding, parts
replacement, trouble Shooting.
- Hands on Experience in Hydraulic circuits understanding, parts
replacement, trouble Shooting.
- Knowledge in Preventive, corrective and breakdown
maintenance planning and execution.
- Ensure the protected working environment in their respective areas.
